We truly come to hate the celestial dragon's as the embodiment of everything that is wrong with the World Government, especially after watching Saint Charloss purchase Camie at a slave auction and shoot Hatchan in a disgusting demonstration of fish-man prejudice. Despite Luffy's promise to Hatchan that he wouldn't cause any trouble, we're all glad that he broke that promise to punch this pompous jerk in his arrogant face.
